Before the UFC, and before sport MMA, Bruce Lee was developing a system of fighting and self defense that utilized the best techniques for a variety of martial arts. He was trying to develop a system without limits that was comprehensive and functional, no matter the situation. His art was known as Jun Fan Gung Fu. The guiding philosophy he used to create his art was known as Jeet Kune Do. After his death his life's work was continued by one of his senior students and certified Jun Fan Gung Fu instructor, Guro Dan Inosanto. Visionaries like Guro Dan Inosanto, Sifu Rick Faye (one of Guro Inosanto's senior instructors), and others, have helped to expand Bruce Lee's art into what we know refer to as Jeet Kune Do Concepts.

Our Jeet Kune Do Concepts class is designed for both people with zero martial arts experience, and for people who already have a solid martial arts background. The system blends several highly effective martial arts into a solid form of self defense.
